The Last Don II
Disquera: UMLE - Machete
Don Omar long ago positioned himself as the Godfather of reggaeton, and he still deserves the title, even though his "King of Kings'" crown has become a bit tarnished. Omar and his collaborators have put aside the spectacular EDM productions that seemed to get bigger and bigger as the years went on, returning to a tighter urban sound closer to original reggaeton and its dancehall roots. That's a good thing, resulting in an album that not only contains some dancefloor hits ("Guaya Guaya," "En Lo Oscuro"), but invites listening to from beginning to end.
