Look, we're not going to pretend that El General is great art. But if you like to move any part of your body at all, ever, you will really love this guy: he was making folks "shake that thing" long before Sean Paul was even playing water polo. "Muevelo" has made more booties quiver than Beyonce and "Te Ves Bueno" is a classic. Sadly his first hit, "Te Pum Pum," is missing.
