Jamie Foxx is still getting freaky, engaging in Auto-Tune sex on "Vegas Confessions," and bragging "I'm gonna eat it like a drum/ Beat it like a drum" on "Like a Drum." He adopts a Prince-styled hiccup for the Pharrell-produced synth-funk of "Tease," and duets with Chris Brown on "You Changed Me," an album highlight along with "On the Dot." Sometimes, it's difficult to tell if this actor-comedian is parodying himself, especially on bedroom R&B like "Text Message." But at least "In Love by Now" and "Jumping out the Window," both ballads sung over piano, are unmistakably sincere.
